Data and Account Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your personal data and/or your account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to help@nethrea.com from the email address associated with your account
2. Include "Data Deletion Request" or "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
3. Specify in the email whether you want to:
   • Delete all your data (tasks, projects, completed sessions, settings)
   • Delete your entire account (this will remove all data and your account permanently)
4. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed

Note: Account and data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
